Site cleaning and hygiene services

THS keep the same cleaners on the same sites so that you get to know our individual members of staff and they know exactly what is needed for THS to maintain the highest hygiene standards on your premises. Alongside our cleaning team, we also have waste and water services, ensuring that sites always receive a fresh supply of water, and that waste tanks are emptied BEFORE this is required. Guarding & Monitoring

Guarding and CCTV Monitoring

Our manned guarding and mobile response services are well established, having provided efficient, rapid responses to alarms for the last decade. Mobile Response Units (MRUs) are ready to deploy immediately to respond to site when an intrusion is detected. All of the THS guards carry a valid SIA licence and are trained to approach and handle intruders professionally, safely and effectively. Manned guarding is a service provided to sites where a physical presence is needed constantly in locations such as guard stations, entranceways and on sites with high value assets. These guards perform regular site patrols as well as additional duties which can include barrier operations, identity checks and logging vehicle details as they enter site. Our team in the Event Management Centre in LLandarcy constantly monitor sites, even when they aren't alarming to conduct proactive checks. They communicate effectively with guards and local law enforcement to tackle intrusions effectively. Guarding and monitoring services are quoted depending on the size of your site, how often a guard might be required and/or how many cameras you need to monitor.
